Senior Corporate Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 + commission
Location: Nelson, Lancashire (minimum 3 days in-office)
Employment: Full Time, permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business services company that helps organisations optimise operational efficiency through data-led insight and proactive account management. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, ensuring retention, and delivering high-quality service to a range of corporate clients.

The Role
As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations. You will build strong, long-term relationships, provide insight-led solutions, and work closely with field-based teams to identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements.

Senior Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities:

Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of service and retention
Project manage service deliverables and client requirements
Maintain accurate client information and documentation
Analyse client data to maximise operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities
Produce Management Information (MI) reports and ad hoc contractual reports
Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service development
Identify and deliver ongoing savings and improvements for clients
Assist in developing and expanding additional services for existing and new customers

Senior Corporate Account Manager Requirements:
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive professional who brings:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in client or account management
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, prioritise, and work independently under pressure
Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness
Technically competent and results-driven
Proactive approach to identifying solutions and embracing challenges
