Exciting Opportunity: Floating Branch Manager – Uncapped Earnings & Career Progression!
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for first 4 months)
On Target Earnings: £50,000 – £65,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week (including some Saturdays)

The Role
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for stepping in across South Essex branches in times of need (holidays, vacancies, sickness) and running the show!

Provide expert estate agency advice and outstanding customer service.
Motivate, manage, and inspire your team.
Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance.
Take ownership of valuations, property listings, and achieving the best possible prices for vendors.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and establish yourself as a local expert.
The Ideal Candidate

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in driving performance.
Energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
Genuine interest in helping people with their property journey.
Full driving license required.
