Senior Associate

TwentyAI are partnering with an international Private Equity firm who are seeking a Senior Associate, Valuations Manager to oversee their Valuations team, this team plays a critical role in delivering portfolio valuations for the business.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Management of Valuations Workload

Plan and oversee the team’s annual valuation calendar.
Review quarterly valuation schedules and data input.
Maintain and enhance control procedures to minimize operational risk.
Act as the key escalation point for complex valuation issues.
Present updates to the Global Valuation Committee and implement decisions.
Oversee valuation audit activities and coordinate internal resources.
Monitor data integrity and support quality assurance.
Lead improvements in systems and processes.

Team Management

Manage team objectives, training, and professional development.
Support transformation projects and evolving team responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative, performance-focused culture.
Ensure alignment with global operational goals and behaviours.

Stakeholder Engagement

Own the relationship with third-party service providers.
Handle ad hoc internal and external queries efficiently.
Serve as a liaison with other internal teams to promote alignment and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in private markets valuations, especially FOF. You will be ACCA/ACA qualified with 5+ years post qualified experience.
