Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users
Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

ARB registered
Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience leading Data centre projects
Industrial sector experience is advantageous
Experience managing a small team
Excellent designing and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
