Senior Accountant Role Overview

An excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Accountant who will play an integral part in the department, in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As the Accountant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of various organisations.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

Managing the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
Compiling personal tax computations and returns
Provision of bookkeeping and management accounting services
Maintenance of up-to-date accounting records for clients
Preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax returns
Addressing client queries with HMRC

Senior Accountant Experience Required

Previous experience in similar role within practice.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
