Team Manager – Office Based BDMs (Fund Sales)

£65k – £75k base – £110k – £130k OTE

Our Sales Team has grown to over 50 strong, including 15 office-based telephone BDMs. Each works in collaboration with a regional external BDM, sharing responsibility for the delivery of a fundraising target from financial intermediaries based in their region.

The successful candidate would form part of the Sales Leadership Team, responsible for the management of c. 6 Office BDMs, based out of the London Office.

Responsibilities

Design and implement plan to deliver strategic priorities from office BDM team.
Develop and maintain ambitious, collaborative culture of team.
Line management of c. 6 Office BDMs, working out of the London Office.
Deliver fundraising targets across our suite of retail products.
Embody entrepreneurial culture, challenging norms and championing the delivery of new ideas.
Recruit and retain a market leading team, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Train and develop team achieving best in class market knowledge, including induction of new joiners.
Contribute as part of the Sales Leadership Team to strategy.
Demonstrate role model behaviour.
Thorough knowledge of and compliance with company procedures and standards

Skills / Experience

Able to undertake the above responsibilities
Excellent communicator
Ambitious and motivated
Exceptional interpersonal skills
At least 5 years’ successful track record in Sales function
Growth mindset, proactive in seeking developmental feedback
At least 2 years’ experience leading a high-performance team
Keen interest in financial industry and markets
