Due to exciting growth, our client is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Executive to join their busy, friendly modern office in Blackburn. ?? What you’ll be doing:

Be the first point of contact – answering calls & responding to emails
Providing quotations and processing purchase orders
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Liaising with suppliers & booking couriers
Ensuring orders are packaged and completed
Supporting the sales and operations team with general admin duties
