£27,000 – £31,000 DOE

Mon – Fri – 8.30 – 5.30,1 in 2 or 1 in 5 Saturday mornings 9.00 – 1.00

My client is a third-generation family-run manufacturer, importer, and retailer with a proud 25+ year history at their Head Office. With seven extensive display centres and plans for further growth, they are passionate about delivering quality products and outstanding customer service.

Based in Ellesmere, this is a key role within the growing Sales and customer team, where the right candidate will play an important part providing outstanding customer services and support to the sales executives.

Key Duties

Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries – via telephone, email, webchat, online enquiries or in person
Take ownership of each enquiry from first contact through to resolution
Accurately record all customer data, and follow up all actions promptly
Liaise with internal departments, maintain accountability for query resolution
Provide excellent customer service to all customer both Trade and Retail
Support Sales Executives by following up enquiries and document on CRM
Assist customer with Product advice, quotations and general support
Process customer orders
Book deliveries
Occasionally assist with Order picking

Essential Experience

Previous experience in a similar, ideally fast paced role
Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to deal with customers face to face during busy periods
High level IT skills with CRM and order processing skills
Self-motivated, proactive and team orientated
Friendly and customer focussed
Excellent time management and calm under pressure
Driving license due to location
