Deliver first-class support to customers over the phone

Securely process card payments using our advanced call system

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Sharp attention to detail and service-oriented mindset

Confidence working independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in call centres, admin or live chat is a bonus
