Sales Negotiator

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sales Negotiator and a strong understanding of sales progression. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a proactive attitude are essential. You should be motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
1 in 3 Saturdays between 10am – 2pm
Full-time or Part-time

The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

Upto £28,000 Basic salary
£32,000 OTE
Individual commission
Holiday allowance increased with longevity

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

Willingness to deliver top levels of customer service
Experience in Estate Agency – minimum of 2 years
A strong understanding of sales progression
Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
Driven and motivated individual
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

Booking viewings
Dealing with offers
Registering applicants
Progressing offers through to exchange and completion
Generating new business
