Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a dynamic lettings team. This brand-new role offers the chance to shape processes, motivate a growing team, and drive business performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
We are seeking a proactive leader with proven sales management experience, ideally from a property or lettings background, who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3-4 people to deliver outstanding results and customer service.
Set clear targets and incentive schemes to drive performance and reward success.
Oversee the lead management process, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Monitor lettings activity daily, identifying trends and making recommendations for marketing improvements.
Conduct local market research to ensure rents and offers remain competitive.
Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented to a high standard.
Work with the Marketing team to ensure all property advertising, photos, and descriptions accurately reflect the brand.
Provide senior management with performance reports and actionable insights.
Promote innovation and continuously seek ways to improve processes and team performance.
Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in sales and people management. (However would consider other backgrounds)
Property industry experience preferred; a strong understanding of the sector is essential.
Track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised.
Valid UK driving licence required.
