Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900- 17.30
Key Responsibilities:
Allocating Cash/Payments: Accurately allocate incoming cash and payments to the appropriate accounts.
Raising Invoices: Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Banking: Handle banking tasks, including deposits and reconciliations.
Monthly Statements: Prepare and send out monthly statements to clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
