Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

Use your excellent administrative skills to provide hands-on, high-level support to the on-site sales team
Take ownership of all administrative tasks related to property sales, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
Serve as an internal point of contact, coordinating communication between contractors, legal teams, and production teams
Maintain databases and relevant systems by entering accurate data and ensuring customer details are up to date and reflect current sales activity
Conduct research to develop insightful competitor analysis and produce comprehensive sales reports

Sales Administrator Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator is essential, ideally within the property or estate agency sector
Professional and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
Team player who thrives in a support role, working hard to help the team succeed and meet goals
Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office. Experience with COINS is preferred but not essential
