Risk Analyst

Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk Analyst to join a dynamic and growing risk management team within a leading (re)insurance group. This role will support the Chief Risk Officer and collaborate across the organisation to enhance and evolve the enterprise risk management framework. With exposure to a Lloyd’s Syndicate and MGA platforms, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and play a key role in shaping its risk profile.You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including risk assessments, internal model validation, policy development, and thematic reviews. This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious and agile professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about understanding the complexities of the insurance sector.
What you’ll need to succeed

Proven experience in a similar role at an insurance firm
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Familiarity with the Lloyd’s market.
Experience with GRC systems and risk reporting tools.
Understanding of insurance product risk profiles and how they are monitored
