Position Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive footfall, leads, and brand engagement across the UK retail network.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive retail marketing, who understands the dealer landscape and can deliver high-impact campaigns that support both national and local objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to support dealer performance and brand consistency
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in collaboration with the dealer network
Manage POS materials, showroom branding, and local event support
Work closely with the digital and brand teams to align messaging across all channels
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Support new dealer launches with tailored marketing toolkits and activation plans
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail marketing within the automotive or EV sector
Strong understanding of dealer operations and local marketing dynamics
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign effectiveness
