The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself into recruitment, supporting our experienced consultants with candidate management. As a Resourcer you will work with a Recruitment Consultant to generate candidates with the right skill sets to work within our clients in the Construction sector. You will proactively interview candidates, manage compliance and coordinate client requirements. You’ll benefit from industry-renowned training and the tools and technological support to make that hard-hitting impact. But you won’t be alone either – with the support of a local team who are true experts in their market.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Resourcer, you will support with the following:

New and unique ways to attract and engage skilled candidates within the blue collar Construction market
Pre register and screen applications
Proactively market candidates
Arrange interviews and client bookings
Request and manage all compliance required for clearance procedures
Manage candidate payroll requests
Liaise with third parties on behalf of candidates and clients

What you’ll need to succeed

Proven track record of working within customer service
Passion to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
People focused with a solution-focused mind set
Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks with candidates
Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
Knowledge of the Construction industry would be ideal but not essential
