Residential Property/Block Manager !

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of private rental assets. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of both AST property management and residential compliance. A background in Build to Rent or the Private Rental Sector would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation
Conduct regular property inspections and manage insurance claims
Resolve tenant issues with professionalism and discretion
Liaise with contractors, obtain competitive quotes, and oversee works
Review and verify invoices, including utilities and council tax
Support construction managers and assist with project handovers
Manage renewals of EPCs, Gas Safety, and Electrical Certificates
Oversee end-of-tenancy processes and deposit handling
Provide assistance to asset management and finance teams
Coordinate property access for inspections and maintenance
About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
TPI, NFoPP / ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
Proactive, organised, and confident in decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Adaptable, approachable, and committed to high standards
