Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor – Bristol

Based in Bristol but serving clients across the UK, this firm has a reputation for delivering quality legal services with a friendly and supportive approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a thriving department, with the chance to take on varied and interesting work, as well as genuine career progression opportunities.

The Role

You will manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including:

Sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages

Depending on the level of role applied for, your key responsibilities may include:

Taking instructions from clients and providing clear, accurate advice
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals both in writing and verbally
Ensuring files are compliant with LEXCEL and regulatory standards
Preparing accounts and ensuring matters are billed promptly
Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with solid experience in residential property
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders
Interested in contributing to the growth and development of the department
