Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor

My client is a well-established law firm with a number of offices across South London. I am looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join their successful property team. The Role They are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented conveyancer to join their residential property team based in their Kent area office. This fee-earning role is client-facing and covers all aspects of the conveyancing process.

To be an ideal candidate for the position, you will have a broad knowledge of property law matters and have managed your own caseload. You will need to demonstrate your ability to handle transactions proactively and efficiently whilst ensuring exceptional levels of client care.

This role covers
First-time buyers, Buy to Let, etc.
Staircasing, shared ownership
Auction sales and purchases, and Modern auctions
Re-mortgaging
Transfer of Equity
Transfer of Title
New Build purchases
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Conveyancer, Solicitor, Ilex or CLC Experience in Property law
Ability to manage your own caseload without supervision
Good IT skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent client care and communication skills
