Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £45,000 (DOE), with further negotiation for those with management experience

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role handling a broad caseload of residential property work, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Shared ownership and new build transactions
Managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties

Experience with case management systems is an advantage

While the role is primarily office-based, some flexibility to work from home may be available when appropriate.
