The Role

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion

Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate sales, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and assents

Provide accurate and practical legal advice to a varied client base

Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the process

Liaise confidently with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and third parties

Be involved in the development of the department, including assisting and supervising junior staff

You

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ residential property experience

Confident managing a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision

Detail-driven with strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to put clients at ease

A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues
