Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor

£42,000 – £44,000 (depending on experience)
Hyde is looking to recruit a Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor (Trade Supervisor).

As a Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role within our Disrepairs Team, ensuring a customer-focused approach and effective management of complex repair cases. This is a mobile role based primarily in either Peckham or Tower Hamlets, with travel across our London stock.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to meet key performance targets, including customer satisfaction, right-first-time (RFT) repairs, and completion priorities.
Supervise operatives to ensure jobs are completed safely, to a high standard, and within agreed timescales.
Monitor and manage job allocation to maximise workforce productivity.
Oversee repair budgets, ensuring jobs are raised and coded accurately for correct capitalisation.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, contractors, and residents. Attend meetings as required.
You may occasionally be required to attend both the Peckham and London Bridge offices.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team (essential)
Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance (desirable)
Background in a trade discipline (desirable)
