Salary: £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £40,000+ Year 1 | £70,000+ Year 3

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping leading finance organisations – from investment banks to global consultancies – find the very best talent. This is a full 360° recruitment position, meaning you’ll manage the entire process: from winning new business to placing candidates into life-changing roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
Building and developing relationships with clients in the finance sector
Sourcing and headhunting candidates through adverts, referrals, and networking
Interviewing candidates and preparing them for client meetings
Generating new business through calls, meetings, and networking events
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
Who You Are
Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any subject considered)
Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by results
Confident communicator who builds relationships easily
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Resilient with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Background in sales, customer service, or sport is advantageous but not essential
