Recruitment Consultant – The Role:

Managing jobs and applicants
Headhunting niche candidates
Beng creative with your advertising and marketing!
Selling and negotiating
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Closing deals and earning commission
High levels of cold calling

Recruitment Consultant – The Requirements:

2 years plus recruitment experience
Determined
Willing to go above and beyond
Career-driven
Self-motivated (this is SUPER important)
Competitive – high-level sporting achievements are very sought after
Resilient
Coachable
