Join our Accountancy team with the opportunity to cover both temporary and permanent recruitment!
Your patch will include the local area such as Bournemouth, Bridport, Dorchester, Sherbourne, Poole and Salisbury.
Location: Telephone House, 18 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3NE
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial transition period.
Salary: £26,000- £35,000 dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped commission earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent

Skills Needed:
Experience: Proven 360 Recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services environment, or sales and business development experience.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Sales Initiative: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed’s services, and match candidates to clients.
Resilience: Money-motivated with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
Team Player: Willingness to share ideas and best practices.
