Due to continued growth and demand from our U.S. client base, we’re looking to expand our Liverpool-based team with an ambitious and driven Recruitment Resourcer or Associate Recruitment Consultant.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for someone with early experience in recruitment or sales looking to take the next step in their career — or for a recent graduate eager to break into a rewarding and fast-paced industry.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced consultant, and will be given immediate guidance, training, and support to help you hit the ground running. You will be supporting on candidate sourcing, client delivery, and ultimately progressing toward managing your own client accounts and placements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for mid-to-senior-level roles within construction and real estate firms across the U.S.
Writing and posting job adverts across platforms
Screening and interviewing candidates via phone and video
Building strong candidate relationships and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline
Supporting consultants with market research, lead generation, and client mapping
Over time, developing your own client relationships and managing full 360 recruitment processes (if desired)

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment is advantageous
Graduates with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset are also encouraged to apply
Confident, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
Located in (or able to easily commute to) Liverpool City Centre
No experience recruiting into the U.S. market is necessary – full training will be provided
Comfortable working US timezone/hours
