RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 6AM-2.30PM

£27,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our onsite recruitment team in Kettering.

We are looking for someone with drive, commitment, and professionalism to join our team.

Responsibilities and duties

Staff engagement, interaction and support
Overseeing the assessments and inductions for new hires
Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity onsite
Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
Developing a strong working relationship at all levels

Essential skills

Good Communication skills with a positive attitude
Must have strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
Be capable of remaining calm whilst working in a high pressure environment
Must have your own transport due to the location of the site and the start times
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and be able to prove this

Desirable experience

You will be supporting our client’s busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment

Industry related training and continuing support throughout
