We have an amazing temporary reception role with a property investment company in the heart of London. This busy position will see you supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties and covering the reception desk. Alongside this, the successful candidate will assist the Office Manager with day-to-day operations. If you are looking to gain incredibly valuable experience in an established property company in London, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

– Answering calls & taking messages
– Meeting and greeting visitors
– Setting up meeting rooms
– Manager office supplies
– Provide diary management support for the team
– Assist with ad-hoc duties

Key Skills and Experience:

– 1 year in an admin or similar position
– Corporate office experience desirable
– Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Demonstrates initiative
– Ability to multi-task and work independently
– Discretion required
