As our new Receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our offices running smoothly while making a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our doors.

Working hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week

Responsibilities:

Provide a professional front-of-house service by welcoming all visitors and managing the reception area
Handle and direct incoming calls for GDMA Group and Progressive Care
Manage meeting room bookings and preparation, including refreshments.
Sort incoming post, manage outgoing mail, and handle deliveries/logistics
Maintain up-to-date internal contact directories
Provide confidential administrative support to the Estates team
Log and monitor incoming maintenance and helpdesk requests via the internal job system
Support the Estates Manager & Estates Coordinator with day-to-day office operations
Carry out daily office opening/closing routines and ensure communal areas remain presentable

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house administrative role – Essential.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload
Experience with job logging/helpdesk systems is desirable but not essential
