My client is a small and friendly retirement home located in Stockton Heath, Warrington, require a receptionist / administrator to cover a small part–time period of annual leave next week.
Working from 09:00 – 12:00 from Tuesday 08/07/25 – Thursday 10/07/25 meaning the temporary assignment is for 3 days and only 3 hours each day meaning in total it is only 9 hours next week. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
The successful candidate will be working from the front of house office in the retirement home, they will deal with any queries between 09:00 – 12:00, and be available to resident’s queries, offer guidance, answer general questions and be a friendly face for the residents.
Main Duties
Site inspections on arrival at 09.00 and before leaving just before 12.00, Master keys have to be secured on site at 12:00.
To respond to any emergency situation on site or from a resident, in turn contact the emergency services if required.
To be available in the manager’s office to record incidents, take phone calls, and give out information applicable to the call.
To report any serious issues to the Property Manager, if deemed urgent i.e., a serious water leak within the property, a fire in an apartment etc.
To meet any pre-booked in contractor (refer to daily diary) and sign them in to the visitor’s book, and complete daily permit to workbook.
To make a comprehensive written log of daily events and requirements for the House Manager to tend to on his return from annual leave.
