The Role

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Lega 500 ranked Real Estate Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a nationally recognised, award-nominated practice.

There is an existing caseload to pick up straight away – working with investors, developers, operators and funders on acquisitions, disposals, finance and development projects. The firm offers a superb working culture and genuine career development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Advising clients on disposal, acquisition, real estate finance and development.
Supporting on property aspects of corporate transactions.
Advising on complex development projects with colleagues across multiple departments.
Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

About you

· A qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE and a background in commercial property.

· Skilled in drafting, negotiating and providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.

· Comfortable managing client relationships directly and working with a range of stakeholders.

· Highly organised with strong project management abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.

· Commercially astute, practical, and able to deliver work to tight deadlines.

· A strong team player.
