Real Estate Finance Paralegal

I am working with a highly regarded London-based law firm that is looking for a talented Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a firm known for its strong reputation in both commercial and private client work.

You will join a fast-paced department, supporting partners and associates on high-volume and urgent real estate finance transactions. You’ll need solid property experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

The Role

Support lawyers across the full transaction lifecycle.
Open and manage client files, liaising with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
Draft finance and security documents from templates.
Handle redemptions, further advances, and completion/post-completion matters.
Conduct property searches and deal with Land Registry applications.
Prepare lease reports, document summaries, and documentation for execution via DocuSign.
Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, and binding when required.

About You

At least 12 months in a fast-paced property or real estate legal team.
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) and must have completed the LPC.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Experience with DocuSign (essential).
Familiarity with practice management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous).
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
Clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
A team player with the initiative to work independently when needed.
