PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are representing an award-winning Property Team in the insurance sector, currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team. This is an opportunity to contribute to tailored insurance solutions for property owners, managers, and tenants, within a supportive and client-focused work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain effective client relationships
Assist in providing customized insurance solutions
Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best terms and coverage
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Work alongside Account Executives to ensure efficient service delivery

EXPERIENCE

Essential

Previous experience in an account handling role within the insurance industry
Knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
Familiarity with insurance platforms and client management systems
In-depth understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements

Desirable

ACII qualification or a willingness to pursue it
Experience with Acturis or similar systems

DAY-TO-DAY

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Collaborate with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients
Support and mentor less experienced team members
