What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a facilities role—it’s a leadership opportunity. You’ll be at the heart of our property operations, driving service quality, managing key supplier relationships, and leading a high-performing Helpdesk team. You’ll ensure our buildings run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—so our people can do their best work.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Leading and developing the Helpdesk team—coaching, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
Managing the Helpdesk inbox—ensuring maintenance requests are logged, assigned, and resolved swiftly.
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance—keeping our spaces safe and functional.
Creating and managing SLAs and KPIs—holding suppliers to high standards.
Driving continuous improvement—streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery.
Raising purchase orders and coordinating with contractors and site teams.
Acting as the go-to expert for complex property queries.
Leading tender processes for contract renewals and onboarding new suppliers.
