Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Basic: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £35.000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 150 properties for a single client, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties on behalf of a single landlord/client.
Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Handle repairs, maintenance requests, and other day-to-day issues related to the portfolio.
Coordinate periodic property inspections and produce reports.
Ensure landlord compliance with current legislation and health and safety standards.
Manage rental payments, deposit disputes, renewal negotiations, and other financial aspects of the portfolio.
Provide a high standard of service and foster strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Support and advise landlords on portfolio performance and potential investment opportunities.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including utility companies, insurers, and local authorities.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in property portfolio or lettings management (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
A strong understanding of landlord responsibilities, legislation, and regulations.
Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering great service.
A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
