Property Move-In Specialist

Are you looking to break into the property sector or have at least 1 years’ experience in residential lettings or property management? This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career with one of the most respected property groups in the North West.

Our client is offering a role where you’ll be supporting move-ins, carrying out inspections, meeting tenants, and ensuring properties are ready to a high standard. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and the ideal step into a long-term career in property. Not to mention you’ll be working with some of the best buildings in Manchester!

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and manage tenant move-ins, completing inventories and check-in documentation
Carry out routine property inspections and report maintenance issues back to the office team
Support the preparation of properties prior to new tenancies (ensuring they are clean, compliant, and presentable)
Assist with move-out appointments, checking condition reports and facilitating smooth transitions
Deliver welcome packs and provide a warm, professional welcome for new tenants
Collect meter readings and update tenancy records as needed
Provide on-the-ground support for high volume move-in periods and new development launches
Act as a brand ambassador when out in the field – friendly, professional, and helpful

What We Want:

A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and great interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a genuine interest in property
Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
Organised and reliable, able to work independently and manage a flexible diary
Presentable and professional
Positive attitude, keen to get stuck in, and ready to build a career in property
Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, lettings admin etc.) is a big plus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – any exposure to property software is helpful but not required
Flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
