Property Manager Short, Medium and Long-Term Rentals

Property Manager – Manchester | Full-Time | Immediate Start

CasaCity is looking for an experienced and dependable Property Manager to join our team in Manchester. This role requires someone with a strong background in lettings and portfolio management, who can manage both long-term and short-term rentals with precision and professionalism.

We hold ourselves to a high standard and are committed to providing a luxury service to our landlords, tenants and partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and capable of working independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage a diverse portfolio of properties across long-term and serviced accommodation lets

? Oversee the full lettings process from start to finish, including tenant onboarding, compliance and renewals

? Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance or tenancy issues promptly

? Arrange legal compliance documents such as EPCs, gas safety certificates and HMO licensing where required

? Conduct thorough property inspections, photographic inventories and tenancy check-outs

? Handle deposit returns and negotiations in line with legislation

? Process rent increases and tenancy renewals accurately and on time

? Maintain accurate records and meet internal process standards at all times

Requirements:

? Proven experience in lettings or property management, ideally in Manchester city centre

? Experience working with portfolio landlords is essential

? Experience with short-letting or serviced accommodation is a significant advantage

? Strong time management and multitasking skills – must be able to prioritise without compromising quality

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? A professional, courteous and clear approach when dealing with all stakeholders

? High level of organisation and confidence working independently

? Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

? Competent with property management systems and tech platforms

? Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
