As they expand into Westminster, they’re seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties in and around Nine Elms & Vauxhall, providing excellent service to landlords and tenants while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience in property management who’s looking to join a forward-thinking agency with a clear path to management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Nine Elms & Vauxhall
Coordinate maintenance, compliance, renewals, rent collection, and deposit disputes
Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
Keep detailed and accurate records using property management software
Contribute to process improvements and support junior staff where needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and tenancy compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving approach with a customer-first attitude
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g. Qube, Arthur, or similar)
ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to work toward it)
Knowledge of Westminster and surrounding areas is a plus
