Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a dynamic and established real estate business on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will be working in a supportive, fast-paced environment managing a high-profile residential portfolio in the heart of London.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a small ONE LANDLORD portfolio of AST and leasehold residential properties.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and professional advisors.
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and major works projects.
Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
Handling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and dispute mediation.
Managing insurance claims, LPE1 management packs, and license requests.
Monitoring rental arrears and maintaining strong client reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Senior Property Manager, you will need:

A minimum of 5 years’ property management experience.
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, ASTs, and property compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude and a collaborative approach.
