If you are a Property Manager with good experience in the residential sector then this role with a hugely successful Property Development Company will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of rented residential properties based in and around the London area
Advising and guiding Landlords on the management of their properties
Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
Co-ordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotations and managing contractors
Ensuring that all properties comply with Health and Safety legislation and statutory obligations
Co-ordinating end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and If required dealing with disputes
