Property Manager – Guildford
Location: Surrey (covering Guildford, Godalming & surrounding areas)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm (occasional Saturday mornings by rota)
Join a respected independent estate agency specialising in high-end residential lettings and management. As a Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a premium portfolio, delivering exceptional service to discerning landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of high-quality residential properties
Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, safety checks and compliance
Handle tenancy renewals, check-ins/check-outs and deposit returns
Conduct regular property inspections and report findings
Liaise with contractors and negotiate quotes
Ensure all legal requirements and documentation are met
About You:

Experienced in residential property management (ideally 2+ years)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Calm, professional and highly service-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident with lettings software and compliance legislation
Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage paid)
