Job title: Property Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Location: Chelmsford – Hybrid (c4- 6 days a month in the office)

My client is a well-established agency, looking for a Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in Lettings or Property Management although training will be given. They are a lovely team, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

Duties:

Resolving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email
Liaising with private tenants and the management company
Reporting maintenance issues to approved contractors
Arranging access for them
Consulting with landlords
Providing regular updates on the progress made
Maintaining accurate records

Training will be given, but they would look for someone who has some previous experience.
