We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential property sales and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

Conduct pre-market appraisals and provide accurate valuations of residential properties.
Prepare compelling estate agency proposals and secure new sale instructions.
Market and promote properties across various platforms to attract potential buyers.
Arrange and manage the production of Home Reports.
Create high-quality sale brochures and promotional materials.
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Stay informed on local and national property market trends to provide expert advice.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide regular Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
Report on emerging trends and insights within the residential property market.
Collaborate with and support the wider property and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and manage property sales through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed and engaged.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in residential property sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in preparing marketing materials and using property management software.
A good understanding of the Scottish property market
