Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in delivering property management services across our mixed-use portfolio while upholding the vision and values of the Savills team. This position is client and residential customer-facing and requires a forward-thinking individual to manage residential-led assets across mixed-use schemes, with a strong focus on finance, particularly service charge management. This is not a standard residential management role; rather, it demands innovative strategies to enhance Savills’ services to truly deliver best in class at Prime and Super Prime level.

Team Overview

You will be joining a small but growing team in the mixed-use division, helping grow our service offerings to existing key clients. This is a hybrid role and you will have the option to work from our offices in the West End or the City, or based from the sites you manage (to be aligned with the team to ensure collaborative working).
