Role: Property Inspection Clerk
Reports to: Senior Property Liaison Manager
Location: London – Field Based
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Structure: Field based
Salary: £30,000

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organising key collection to carry out daily appointments.
Confirming check-in and check-out appointments via telephone and email with tenants, colleagues, and councils.
Compiling detailed reports to document interior and exterior condition, contents, decor, fixtures and fittings and all appliances.
Completing and downloading all reports daily.
Checking all appliances are in working condition.
Identifying urgent repairs and informing Apex’s property management team of any required action.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and councils in a professional manner both via telephone and emails.
Taking meter readings, checking alarms, and equipment serial numbers in all properties at the time of check-in and check-out.
Arranging pre-pay utility meter top ups.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Punctual with good time and self- management skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft IT suites.
Must have a UK Driving License and own vehicle.
Prepared to work in agile and fast paced environments.
Willing to travel across all areas of London and surrounding areas.
