Property dispute resolution lawyer

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our client’s dynamic team in Yeovil. You’ll handle a diverse caseload, offering expert advice and representation across a wide range of property-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on all aspects of property disputes
Drafting legal documents, including statements of case, witness statements, and briefs to counsel
Engaging in alternative Dispute Resolution processes
Participating in business development and networking activities
(Optional) Advocacy in court

Typical Cases Include:

Residential landlord and tenant issues (e.g. possession, disrepair, deposit disputes)
Commercial landlord and tenant matters (e.g. lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations)
Service charge disputes
Boundary and land access issues
Rights of way and rights to light
Adverse possession claims

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in property litigation
Strong client care and communication skills
Confident negotiator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team player with a commitment to excellence
