About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Management Assistant to join a friendly team in Cardiff. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting a busy property management operation with tenants across South Wales and London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Book and coordinate repair/maintenance appointments
Follow up on outstanding repair work
Record rent payments and reservation deposits
Handle tenant queries and complaints professionally
Liaise with contractors and service providers

What You’ll Need:

Previous office administration experience
Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
Basic numeracy skills (e.g. rent calculations, percentages)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
