Project Administrator – Fixed Term (until December 2027)
Location: Newcastle City Centre (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term until December 2027

About the Role
The Project Administrator will provide essential support across multiple projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across a portfolio of healthcare projects
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage project documentation
Maintain accurate records and databases, supporting reporting and compliance
Assist with internal and external communications
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes
About You
Experience in a project support or administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
A proactive team player with attention to detail
Experience in the charity or healthcare sector is desirable
