Project Administrator (Office-Based, Sevenoaks, £25-30k)

Are you an organised Project Administrator looking to join a friendly, busy team? We are seeking a Project Administrator with 2-3 years of experience in project administration and/or document control to support a growing team delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, office-based role in Sevenoaks, Kent offers stability, variety, and the opportunity to develop your administration career while ensuring projects run efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing administrative support for project teams including setting up site folders, plant hire requests, fleet management, timesheet analysis and reporting, and maintaining project databases

Producing and managing site documentation for client approval to enable project teams to attend sites and undertake planned works

Ensuring all completed site documentation is received, checked, and accurately saved to electronic project folders, including health and safety records such as Toolbox Talks and Site Inspections

Managing document control by accurately filing emails and attachments to relevant project folders

Providing ad hoc administrative support to management as required

Supporting project teams in tracking and meeting deadlines

Managing project databases and resource trackers with updates from project and management teams

Responding to external client queries where appropriate, assigning actions to project teams, and tracking completion

Supporting document control for tender and design submissions

Assisting with maintaining processes for quality and safety certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

Booking travel for team members when required

Balancing planned work with ad-hoc requests, managing expectations through clear communication

Liaising with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations across the business

Providing additional administrative support as required

What we’re looking for:

2-3 years of experience in project administration and/or document control

Strong IT skills including confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of confidentiality and discretion

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively

Willingness to adapt working hours if needed to ensure project deadlines are met
