Product Developer – eFinancialCareers

Responsibilities:

Develop and structure new investment funds and maintain existing fund range
Oversee legal drafting of fund prospectuses and coordinate negotiation of fund-related agreements
Manage project launches of new funds including detailed planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
Conduct industry research activities including peer analysis, benchmark comparisons and competitor landscape review
Develop relationships with hedge fund and private market targets and manage ongoing IM relationships
Perform annual product range reviews per Consumer Duty requirements

Requirements:

Deep understanding and working experience with either hedge funds or private market managers
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experience working collaboratively across product, distribution and marketing teams
